Application Fee

There is a non-refundable fee due when you submit your application, which is $60 for a child of a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) employee and $120.00 for a child from a family in which no parent is employed by the CFPB.

Please note: One application is required for each child, so if you are planning to apply for more than 1 child, you will need to return to the form and submit a separate application for each additional child.

Registration and Supply Fee

There is a non-refundable Registration and Supply Fee of $200 due when a space at the school is allotted to your child. At this time, the registration form, developmental history information, pick-up permission and emergency information form, and the medical form will all be processed and a file set up for your child.

Deposit Policy

There is a non-refundable Supply and Registration Fee of $200.00 due along with a check for one month’s tuition that will serve as a deposit to confirm your enrollment, and they must be submitted to the school within three business days of acceptance of an available space. The deposit will be applied to your first month’s tuition.  This deposit is non-refundable unless you give the office a sixty (60)-day written notice that your family is withdrawing from the school. If you provide the office with the requisite notice, this deposit will be fully refunded within thirty (30) days of receipt of notice. Failure to provide the required sixty (60)-day notice will result in loss of the deposit, unless the center is able to backfill your child’s vacancy.

If you provide less than sixty (60) days' notice but the center is able to backfill your child's vacancy, the deposit will be refunded on a prorated basis reflecting the number of days the slot remained vacant. The Center's Executive Director will notify the departing family upon confirmation of the backfill, and the refund will be processed within thirty (30) days.
